    Dispatch Timeline

    We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 48 business hours of your purchase.

    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

    1Delivery Within Australia

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days for metro areas. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
    • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days for metro areas after dispatch, if selected.
    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

    2Shipping to New Zealand

    • Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
    • Estimated delivery to New Zealand is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on location and customs processing.
    • For orders over NZD $1000, New Zealand Customs may apply GST and/or import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.
    • We recommend checking with NZ Customs for current thresholds and rates.
    • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

    3International Shipping

    • We ship to many countries worldwide for an additional fee.
    • Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
    • Delivery times range from 10–25 business days depending on your country's postal system and customs procedures.
    • Import duties, tariffs, and local taxes are not included in our fees and must be paid by the recipient.
    • Please consult your local customs authority for potential charges before placing an order.
    • Tracking will be provided via email.

    4After Dispatch

    Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by Australia Post (for AU/NZ deliveries) or our international courier.

    While tracking is available, we are not responsible for delays due to postal service issues, customs clearance, or external events like severe weather.

    5Delays or Lost Parcels

    If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or suspected lost, please contact our customer support.

    We will investigate with the courier service and assist you in resolving the issue.
