Welcome to CardAgain, Australia and New Zealand's first dedicated Pokémon TCG membership club and trading platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, membership services, and online store, including any peer-to-peer trading functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Card Again is owned and operated by Card Again Pty Ltd (ABN: [insert ABN here]), based in Australia. We provide membership-based access to Pokémon TCG products, daily prize draws, and a trading platform for users to buy and sell sealed products and cards.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission to join and transact.

• You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Prize draw eligibility is tied to active membership
• We reserve the right to amend membership benefits or pricing with reasonable notice

• All prices are listed in AUD (or NZD, where applicable) and include GST
• Products are subject to availability and may be limited per customer
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
• Shipping times are estimates; delays may occur beyond our control
• All sales are final unless covered by Australian or NZ consumer laws

• You agree to only list genuine, accurately described items
• You must ship products within 3 business days of sale
• You are responsible for ensuring your products meet applicable trading card standards and consumer law
• Card Again may charge a commission or listing fee (to be disclosed at launch)
• Card Again reserves the right to remove listings or suspend users for misconduct, fraud, or policy violations
• You indemnify Card Again against claims arising from your sales or product listings

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Respect community standards and fellow members
• Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account

All site content, logos, designs, and trademarks are the property of Card Again or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without permission.

However, you retain ownership of any original product photos or descriptions you upload, while granting Card Again a royalty-free license to display and promote them on our platform.

Members are automatically entered into daily or monthly draws while their membership is active. Winners will be contacted directly and listed on the platform. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Card Again’s prize draws are run in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws. Card Again reserves the right to disqualify entries for fraudulent or automated activity.

All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.

Fees for membership or marketplace sales (if applicable) will be disclosed transparently before purchase or listing.

For sealed products sold by CardAgain: refunds or exchanges are available only where required under Australian or New Zealand consumer laws (e.g. faulty or incorrect items).

For peer-to-peer purchases: CardAgain is not the seller. Disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller, though we may intervene at our discretion to mediate or enforce platform policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Card Again is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including product disputes, missed prize draws, shipping delays, or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may also close your account at any time. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where material, notified via email or member dashboard.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

For New Zealand users, local consumer protections under the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and Consumer Guarantees Act also apply.
